"Dec booking - Room was clean. Smaller than expected and comfortable enough for two people. Complementary espresso pods and tea sachets. AC not working: error message showing up or automatically going to heater. Receptionist tried her best to help. AC was still not working. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety of options. Location is perfect : close to Ponte Luiz, restaurants, metro station, stores, Christmas market, river. Highly recommend (ensure AC unit functions)."

"Everything was perfect, the hotel was stunning and we were so well looked after from the moment we stepped foot into it.
