"We arrived and got greeted with a smile and a lovely lady told us we had been upgraded as it was our honeymoon! We then got to the room and it was beautifully decorated with petals and a bottle of Prosecco was delivered along with a fruit platter! The service was impeccable!! "

"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"Booked a triple room for 3 male adults , tried giving us a double bed with a pull out bed , and he said i booked the incorrect room even though my booking confirmation states 3 adults and 3 single beds ,asked for another pull out bed or a quilt so 1 lad could sleep on the floor and they said no and if we dont like it leave , I am absolutely disgusted with the male receptionist , Worst so called hotel ever been to"
