"The staff provided excellent service as usual, especially Hiko & Ivy. Although I was able to receive a room upgrade from my VIP member tier, I couldn't help but notice that the room required some maintenance. The rain shower had a leak, the paint was starting to diminish, and the blinds were not fully adjustable. "Very convenient location by Daan park, close to an MRT stop, bus stop, and walkable. Hotel gave a welcome snack basket and staff were all very nice. Hotel/room itself is pretty standard - overall great for the price. "

"Our unit was a windowless suite. We actually didn't miss not having a window since we had a beautiful mural of Taipei 101 in its place! Decor was a little spartan, no room for luggage storage. For the price, it was fine, we were comfortable enough. Location was good, easy access to mdrt and lots of restaurants within walking distance."
