"You have to be kidding we stayed at the original Citadel. That being said the place really needs sprucing up. Peeling paint and stained carpets everywhere. Awesome location. Central to everything. Bed was one of the better ones we've slept on."

"We just spent 5 nights at this property and had an amazing time. The staff was great and the room was perfect other than the lights above the bed didn’t work properly and would flicker like strobe lights anytime you tried using them. "

"So very disappointed with this hotel! Paid for the editor with sitting room, place was dark, dingy, smelly (they allow many dogs) furniture old, shower had mold, not at all what we expected. Restaurant appears nice, but staff is curt, clearly understaffed, food was fine but long waits (even with a reservation) the guy parking our car was bar tending (poor guy, beer and wine only as he was trying but it was his first time) Overall very disappointing, would not go back."

"Resort was very nice. Only funny thing - no micro waves? Had to drive to the local Circle K and use their micro wave. Their clerk said, "WOW" even Motel 6 has micro waves. Just saying ! "

"This is actually a nice business class hotel a lot of restaurants around. They have a small limited menu at the bar. If it’s a slow night, they will shut down the food portion so plan accordingly. Bonus the hotel is pet friendly."

"Bathroom is way to small"

"First room the bathroom ceiling had water coming thru. Next room was good. Linens clean ,plenty of towels. Exterior walk areas outside the rooms in building 2 were filthy. Staff is friendly and helpful..You get what you pay for."
