Great customer service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was our first time visiting the area and we loved every minute. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. We will be booking a longer stay for next year! 😁

The Best Western of Harbor Springs is AMAZING! The staff is friendly and will ensure you have everything you need for your stay and to make you comfortable. Upon arriving we were pleasantly greeted by the frint desk staff with friendly faces. Bridge was the kindest and most welcoming front desk agent my wife and I have ever met. She asked us where we were coming from and how our journey was. We explained we came from Gaylord, MI which was/is nearly entirely out of any power. My husband and I planned an impromptu trip to South Haven with our 2 small dogs. ! We hit the jackpot with selecting the right place. Todd was a great resource, answering our questions, giving recommendations and playing host during the weekend happy hour and making breakfast. We can’t wait to come back. Our room was just right. We had a King room. The hotel is very charming!

Weekend getaway with my wife

I travel a LOT. This hotel was impeccable. The staff is professional, the room was clean and well stocked and parking is easy. I liked being able to walk to dinner. The only downside was the limited dining options when I arrived (although it was between lunch and dinner). I will definitely be back! Hint- it’s a botiquín hotel so book directly their website- you can request a room upgrade when you arrive if available!

We stayed at the Delemar twice now and cant wait to go back during the warmer mo ths. This hotel has so many great options for swimming, relaxing and just overall a great atmosphere. Very fancy but also so kids/family friendly.

We have known about Stafford's Bay View Inn from our trips "up north" over the 30 years but never stayed there. That was our mistake before but never again. We stay at Cambria whenever we want to do an overnight downtown. It’s not right in the middle of the action downtown, which we like, but close enough to take an affordable uber. The decor is stunning, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, and it’s very clean. The only things I would recommend is getting a better brand of bottled water for the rooms, and also having something in the rooms that gives more info on everything the hotel has to offer, like the restaurants, bars,...

A great place to stay! Very clean. GREAT staff. Kids loved the pool. The breakfast was surprisingly good. A big step up from the typical hotel breakfast fare. Definitely recommend.
