"Friendly, helpfull reception. Clean, tidy apartment with a fabulous view over Lake Wakatipu and the beautiful mountains. Easy car parking under the unit. We enjoyed the spacious apartment that came with bathroom and kitchen amenities, aircon, gas fireplace, room service and access to a washing machine and tumble drier. This lovely accommodation was great value for money, and highly recommendable. We stayed in the supersuite one bedroom. "

"Very comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The meals ordered from the bar were good value and tasty. The bar area was comfortable and informal dining which we enjoyed. The hotel is a good position for walking into Queenstown, although there is quite a steep hill back!"

"Property, staff and facilities are amazing. Cleaning each day, with a focus on making the bed and emptying bins mostly. Great views accessible with only a little walk to the closest bus and shops, and a little drive to the city and Frankton bus station (a stop on most tours)"

"Like all QT hotels, this is a superb property: full of art with a super modern decor. Classy AND fun. Super shower, plus huge bathtub. Balcony, super TV with easy casting system for your phone. Fully featured room, even had a nespresso machine for endless coffee. Oh: also had cocktail making facilities & a great view over the lake. Nice quiet location, very short walk away from the bustle of Queenstown, but a world away from the noise. Twinned with Rydges, with many shared facilities."
