"The property and the service were amazing - we had some confusion during check-in about our "all inclusive" and when I asked Expedia, their representative was the worst who did nothing but make me feel like a fool; however, the front desk supervisor at Diamond Cliff rectified Expedia's representative's inappropriateness and made our stay amazing. "

"Food was outstanding rooms were very neat and clean the pools and grounds were fantastic. Some small picks, would be nice to be able to order food and drinks by the pools. A swim up bar and an adults only pool would make a massive addition to what was a lovely place to stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mandarava. The service, the food, the scenery were all outstanding. Some notable staff members were Duke, Sam, Lek, Ouuu (from Chomtalay), the young male trainee by the noodles/soup station (also Chomtalay) , Su, Ann, Apple and Tik ( from the spa) all left a really great impression with us. We definitely recommend the breakfast buffet, it has so much variety and was always fresh. Everyone, even the groundskeepers greeted us with a friendly smile, we felt so appreciated and that says a lot about the resort."
