"The hotel is run down and desk staff was not clear on protocol when changing reservations. Various items in room did not work and although maintenance was notified no one came to fix and there was no follow up to confirm if it was taken care of. "

You can hear your neighbors clearly through the walls as well as people out in the hot tub/pool area late into the night. Parking is expensive at $25 per night. Their app did not work for check-in or check-out. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel!! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated! The bed was super comfortable. You can’t be the location!walking distance to everything! The pool was warm the hot tub was a welcome surprise as we didn’t know the hotel had one! We will recommend to everyone we know!!! 10/10 stay "
