"The little village of Agyroupolis where Arcus is located is very quiet and charming. It got a great local feel of Greek countryside and many friendly locals, well used to tourists dropping by, to see the historical places they offer. Arcus I located a couple of minutes from the main square, easy to get to by car or feet. It’s a bunch of old houses, surrounded by a very green and exotic inner garden with a little pool. "Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
