"Easy to locate as it's right by Birmingham airport which also links to the NEC via Airlink. I stayed for 6 nights and it was cheap and cheerful and fit for its intended purpose - the staff were lovely and very helpful when I had an issue with my card key (mobile phones can de-magnetise the card and stop it from working) Despite being near the airport I had no issue with outside noise which is fantastic as I am a very light sleeper I would definitely stay there again"

"I would recommend this hotel for someone wanting a place to sleep near the city centre. We stayed here four nights while we explored and it was brilliantly located for the trains, trams and walking. The lift was out of order when we arrived and the staff took all our luggage to our room for us, after switching us to a room on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the bar area excellent. "By far worst hotel in Birmingham and i travel there regularly! Poor welcome. Winding stairs, never ending maze-like corridors; a real safety hazard! Not for clients with suitcases. No lift! Filthy dingy room No heating No toiletries Filthy bath Poor lighting No duvets or extra blankets. Thin walls....etc Do not go there on your own or with anyone. Do not go fullstop! Unless you want to experience rock bottom for the hell of it! "
