"This is the second time I’ve come here. The receptionist had a big smile through the whole check in process. I have yet to encounter any negative staff. "Love this hotel and always check their rates before anyone when we’re doing a quick trip up to Disney.
I had two very minor issues this trip, which resulted in 4 stars instead of 5 in two categories.
The first is that due to thunder and lightning earlier in the day the pool wasn’t open either evening we were there. I know that’s a safety thing but usually they reopen once the storm is over so my kids were pretty bummed after long park days that they weren’t able to relax in the pool.
