"The self check-in was really easy. However, I did not see any employee dying my stay. For the cleanliness of the room, the floor was kind of dirty. I could see crumbs that weren’t mine, which is pretty disgusting. Plus, my bed was not made well at all, it looks like it was done in a hurry. On the positive side, it was very calm and I slept well. "Beautiful room, quiet and clean. The bathroom was spectacular with a giant soaking tub. Also, the location was fantastic. My only complaint was I wish I had known there was no lift. We were on the 2nd floor which was about 54 steps up a winding staircase which was a little rough with suitcases."
