"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."

"This is such a gem! As with all London accommodations, it is small, but it's got everything you need! The host, Boris, was very helpful, the building was beautiful, and the location was great! I would definitely stay again! "

"The unit was clean and the kitchen had most of what you need. We asked for a coffee maker b/c none was provided and they provided a French press. The second bedroom beds were very small, so not very good for adults but great for kids. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and always willing to help us with our requests. Overall it was good, a nice quiet place, on a dead end street and we felt very safe and comfortable. "
