Very clean. Very comfortable. Really ejoyed my stay here.

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.

Staff is wonderful...pleasant, accommodating and very helpful! Hotel is new, rooms clean and fresh! Room was small but having the kitchenette was a great way to save a little money on meals. Becuase the room was so small the bed was set against the wall, which made it a little tricky for two people, but it was is super comfortable.The grab and go breakfast is great and the coffee and tea always available was a nice treat too. Stratford is a little "gritty" but we never felt unsafe..even walking...

I recommend this hidden gem! Location: This is a quick walk from the Tube at Aldgate East, and a 12-minute walk to the tube Whitechapel for the Elizabeth Line if you're coming in from Heathrow, for example. Two very easy ways to get to this hotel that I used. I was happy to be upgraded to a higher floor and room, with champagne, from my higher tiered level with Hotels.com. But either way, would've been happy with the room I booked. Just the entrance alone is very safe as it's locked at night...

Beautiful location on quaint historic streets just around the corner from St Paul’s Cathedral. Rooms were clean, well appointed and quiet. Perfect place to stay in London!

Front desk staff are so nice

The property is in a great location , 6 min walk to underground. Same time to Tower of London and Tower Bridge. There is a Sainsbury very close but not a lot of dining. I liked having a kitchen, but it would have been nice to have salt/pepper and more cookware to prepare breakfast . Area rug needed cleaning and there was mold in the shower. The toilet kept running and the kitchen had a drip.

We had a great time in a huge 1-bedroom perfectly located to get us to both The Globe & the Barbican (& Covent Garden) in about 10-20 minutes walk each way. The staff was great but we did have a few small issues — a fire alarm went off two mornings in a row; we couldn’t turn off the unit’s heat; no one seemed to tidy the room or change the towels even after a full week’s stay. But the people at the front desk were lovely and ultimately I am fairly certain we will be staying here again. Gorgeous...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is more spacious than a typical hotel room, very clean, and well maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having a free laundry facility is a major plus for us since we've being traveling for awhile. The only downside is some traffic noise at night, though not enough to disrupt sleep.

Location was great. Room was simple and functional. Lots of cold breakfast choices.

Very clean and close to the train station with many food options! The way to get in with the code and keys was very convenient. It was nice having a full kitchen and more private space than a hotel with many guests.

This was a wonderful experience. Clean units, larger rooms than hotel rooms, hot showers, and fully equipped. Great area near good restaurant, entertainment, and transportation.
