"I do not even know where to begin. The property itself was spacious and quaint with everything we could have wanted for a group of 12 people. The kitchen space made for a great family dinner spot and living room for game night. The pool with views of the Tuscan hillsides was literally from a book. Pictures do not do it justice!! I definitely plan to retire here some day in the future. Also cannot say enough of how helpful and ind Antonella was as a host. Would recommend to any friends/family...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly.
