"Great stay - I love this hotel BUT why would you as a high end hotel charge for WIFI? Really? McDonald’s and Tim hortons has wifi for no charge - very very frustrating for $500++ a night "

"Good location, close to a metro stop. Underground car park was very convenient. One slight negative - we arrived early. No problem that the room wasn’t available for early check in, we wouldn’t expect that. However, they registered us and knew we were there so it was disappointing that the room was still not available when we returned at the 4pm check in time."
