Bed was on the softer side but otherwise the room was comfortable. I wish there were chairs for the balcony. Cardio machines are next to the adult pool and hot tub so expect to be warm while working out. Smaller weight room. A couple intersections within walking distance to the Dundas station/ Eaton Mall. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and quick marts nearby. "
