"Great location and above average quality hotel. However driving to get to the hotel and waiting for your vehicle when checking out is a tremendous headache. I would only stay here again if I were commuting into the city."

"Convenient location for an airport hotel. Room was nice; not representative of exterior view. There was some breakfast in the morning that was edible, but not extravagant. Sausage was greasy and so were the eggs. 1 am to 9 am wasn't much of a stay."

"The hotel is ok- well located in midtown, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby is new, modern and pleasant. However, the hallways to the rooms are dingy and tattered. Puckered ripped carpet and sagging wallpaper. The room itself was fine- nothing special but really ok. Old fashioned in style but ça va. However, the bathroom was a mess. Like an old hospital bathroom from 1982. Everything worked ok, but it was a cheap sloppy build. And the shower anti-slip mat was absolutely gross- with some icky black fungus hiding below. Some guests complained that the AC was out. Luckily ours was ok. For 2 nights it was manageable, and not a terrible price for NYC, but the place needs a serious facelift and some hefty TLC. I would not stay there again."

Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square

"We had a cancelled flight and had to get back to Manhattan for two nights until we could get out. Got a good price on Expedia and Motto had a high "star rating." Got in late and front desk person was awesome and helpful. Room was really small. REALLY small - even by NY standards. We just laughed; we were so punchy by the time we got there. BUT next day our toilet stopped working and someone had to come and fix it -- same thing the next morning - broken toilet! And the second morning, our last morning, the shower head fell off also and caused a bit of spraying our stuff - since shower is almost right next to bed. Did I mention how REALLY small this room is? But it was a clean room, good bed, and quiet so we slept well - which is most important. Sometimes you get what you pay for."
