"Room had several used bandages stuck to the bed and floor. The window sealed poorly and the room was cold. Bathroom window panes were cracked. The bathroom overall was updated and clean. Lobby had free coffee/water and the staff were quite helpful. Good location for doing a variety of activities around Manhattan. We did not park at the property."

"Room was large and clean. If your room is in area of elevators, asked to be moved, as you will hear the ring and people talking ALL night!"

"An overall positive experience with a few annoyances. The toilet would not flush properly so hotel maintenance instructed me to bang my fist on the wall to get the toilet tank to fill with water. The 2nd item involved one of the small reading lights wired into the headboard of the bed as it would not turn off when pushed back into its storage position. Lastly, I could not adjust the HVAC thermostat above 78F."
