Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

Great spot for a first time trip to NYC, was close to everything and the hotel was amazing from top to bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Hotel was great, good location just around Times Square and comfortable room and bathroom, staff was polite… the only complaint was at the checkout I was about to book an uber to the airport for $120 (total with tolls) and the lady in the staff told us we could use the taxi outside the hotel and they will charge us the same $120.. on the way to the airport the driver told us the tolls were not included nor the taxes and tip, we ended paying $145 instead of the $120 and I think the hotel staff...

Perfect stay! Room was large, especially for NY standards. Bed super comfy, curtains blocked light and room was very quiet. Amenities were awesome and we were able to check in early and store our luggage with no problem at the end. Warwick still has it!

Really comfortable and friendly staff

Excellent breakfast with many hot and cold options. Large dining area and staff kept buffet area very clean, fresh and filled. Excellent location near many sites including Central Park. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Romer's. We came in on the subway from JFK, and it was about 1 block walk from the subway station. We came to eat food and see the museums, and Hell's Kitchen is ground zero for foodies! We found great places to eat within a 15 minute walking distance. Two things we didn't prepare for. This was an amazing place to stay. EVERYONE is friendly. The room is clean. The bed is huge and comfortable. The air gets so cold. The rooftop bar has BEAUTIFUL views of the city. The Park Terrace is an antidote to large hotels. The check-in process is mercifully quick and painless - with real people to make sure that you get properly situated.
