"The Woolpack Inn excelled in a lot of areas,especially with respect to parking nearby, with good food throughout and a comfortable and quiet room/suite with good furnishings, TV, kettle, bathroom-shower facilities. The staff were very helpful and the guest breakfast area very nice and friendly. If travelling again to a nearby area I would stay again if the prices remain competitive and standards maintained. "A friendly welcome and straightforward check in. The room I believe has recently been redecorated and it is to a high standard although, the basin hot tap has been incorrectly fitted which might cause a problem if not corrected. (management made aware) The bed was comfortable and allowed a good sleep. The food was very excellent and a good quality cooked breakfast. The only disappointment was the room was not fully cleaned with dust and bits on the carpet near furniture which had not been moved...
