"I had the best experience at the Art’otel in Hoxton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel seamless and special. A huge thank you to Bruna and Shaun, who were incredibly helpful and attentive across both days of our stay — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Before we even arrived, Daniel was brilliant over the phone. He handled our initial enquiry with such care and attention, answering all our questions. We left feeling recharged and really looked after. This stay exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend! "

"I honestly have no idea why anyone is complaining about this hotel, the hotel does have two buildings so make sure you know which building you need! I went to the wrong building but the staff were more than welcoming to guide me to where I needed to be which was a stone throw away just opposite the other one! After reading comments about how small the rooms are I was surprised when I opened the hotel door! No bigger no smaller than a premier inn or travelodge just your standard size! It’s not suitable for families only for solo/ couples it’s perfect! Extremely clean and soft white towels - lovely breakout areas and rooftop balcony to have complementary hot drinks and snacks from the honesty counter! Currently does have some works getting done around the area however the marketing for this hotel is all around Canary Wharf so it’s a decent hotel! It’s got signage and statues for directions to it so it’s easy to find! The location for it couldn’t be any better your right where you need to be and a 5 minute walk to the main Canary Wharf tube station. £1 charge on arrival for damage insurance which I got £1 returned the following day! "

"Liked the spaciousness of the room just as pictured, and the attentiveness of staff, specifically Gabriel. He showed us how to use the Tube and actually walked us to the station, made restaurant reservations for us & was just very helpful and amiable. Liked that the Tube was so close and the many beautiful landmarks close by so that one could just walk to them. The food at dining room was very good, just felt place was a little understaffed for so many people. Otherwise, this hotel was excellent. Would stay again and recommend to others."
