"First great location!!! The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins. It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer! The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous. Overall recommend! "

The location couldn’t be better for our visit with family in Kapaa and we were steps from the sand with beautiful walking trails and there was a grocery store within easy walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials which made it easy to cook meals. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms which made for a restful night’s sleep after warm beach days. "
