"Great historic building with an amazing ceiling and chandelier at the entrance. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a small fridge. We didn't rent a car, but be aware that cars are no longer allowed near the Zocalo, so you will need to walk about a block from where you'll be dropped off. It wasn't bad at all, but something to consider if you visit someone with mobility issues. Breakfast was delicious and we hope to return one day!"

"Everything was ok, small boutique hotel, clean and good location. I cant give 5 stars because the AC in my room didn't work. They put a really noisy fan instead, that it was so loud I couldn't sleep well. My windowless room was really warm and I couldn't open the door for safety reasons. I had to drink quite a lot of overpriced water from the minibar and they still charged me."

"We made the mistake of picking the cheapest room, which had only a window into an internal space. We traveled at a hot time of year and we boiled! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a street window. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We felt safe inside the hotel, but we took a walk and discovered a very sketchy neighborhood just across the street. So get a street-facing room and take a taxi at least to the park if you stay here. "
