"Was staying to work from home and flat hunt. Positive was a very comfortable bed, lovely shower and great kitchen. When i needed to extend booking team were great. Sadly the room was next to main road and side road. So constant noise and deliveries/ taxi drops through night / people dealing and smoking under window so in 30+ degree weather couldn't open windows and even with closed windows still noisy. The remote for tv didn't work, there were marks all over walls, no chords for the blinds (so...

"Really enjoyed my stay. Check in was very easy and the receptionist was lovely! The rooms were lovely. They were clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Added bonus, you can leave your luggage at the hotel after you check out which was fantastic for us. Bent over backwards to answer any questions I had about directions etc. Hot, homemade breakfast and the place is always kept clean. Shared bathroom are a non issue. "Unfortunately the interior was shabby and the lobby reminiscent of a student hostel, with stale odour. Pillows and towels were missing from our room and the overhead light was burned out. We felt it was more of a 2-star level. "False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "
