The staff were incredibly friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the location is excellent — close to most of the key places you’ll want to visit. It also felt very safe, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade; it truly made our stay in Venice even more special. The breakfast was great too. "Nice stay in a convenient location. Train station is just across the street. There are lots of restaurants and mini shops around the block. Our rental car is just inside the train station. Parking was also very easy. It was a great choice after all."
