"This was our second time in London and this time we were traveling with our niece and wanted more space than a hotel could offer. Jennifer’s place worked well for us. The livingroom couch is now L-shaped which had plenty of room for all of us. We used the washing machine and hung laundry both on the balcony and the supplied drying rack. "Pleasantly surprised by quality of accommodation - think it better than the star indicator suggests. The exterior of building looks tired and lift doesn’t work, which probably accounts for this. Other than that, the rooms were very up-to-date and clean. Few snags here and there, but great value. Staff were attentive and service-orientated."
