"Our room was ready early when we went to drop bags. Staff were friendly and warm. Impressed with the size of the room and the huge soft bed. We had a river/bridge view with our Standard Double which was a nice bonus. Went to Costa Coffee rather than having breakfast which was ideal. Would definitely stay again. Fantastic price, location and staff."

"This hotel had room for the whole family. It is a block from Paddington Station, which made it great for a stopover in between the airport and further train travel. We stayed at the end of Oct. The rooms get very warm and there is not really a way to adjust the temp. Over all a good spot to stay! "

"Fantastic welcome from Sifou and Zakariya on reception; I arrived early and whilst a room wasn’t ready for me, I got pre-checked in and had my luggage stored. When I came to check in later, Sifou and Zakariya were still on, checked me in and even upgraded my room! Thank you to both of them for such a warm welcome!"
