"The view was phenomenal. The pub down the road was great for fish and chips. Easy walk to Vauxhall station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The doormen were especially delightful. The only problem was we opted for the eco friendly option of not having our room cleaned everyday. However, I dropped the remote and it went under the bed. Picking it up, I saw an inch of dust and instantly knew why I thought I must of caught a cold on the flight over. Housekeeping must swiffer around the bed and not under it! 😳 Otherwise, great stay… GREAT LOCATION!! "

"From check-in to check-out, this was a truly seamless experience. The team at reception were fantastic—engaging with our kids and making them feel genuinely special. Our room was ready ahead of schedule, which was a welcome bonus. The location is excellent—just a couple of minutes’ walk from the London Eye, which made for a fun surprise on arrival. As with most of central London, public transport links were straightforward and convenient. The room was exactly as expected, with a fold-out bed already set up for the kids. Everything was clean, tidy, and in good working order. We hadn’t booked breakfast in advance as the standard rate was absurd, but once on-site we were offered it at £20 per adult per day with kids included for free. At that price, it was worth it—breakfast was decent quality and did the job. The shower deserves a special mention—hot, powerful, and stocked with products that actually smelled nice (a rarity in hotels!). Despite overlooking Waterloo station, the room was completely silent. Would happily stay again."

"My family fell in love with this hotel. From checking in to checking out it was phenomenal. Tavin was wonderful assisting my family. The staff took our bags and they were in our rooms upon arrival back to the hotel. Our room had a view of the Thames, Big Ben, Parliament, and London Eye. My sons love The Grand in Fairhope, AL but this has topped the list. "

"Our rooms are very neat. Seemed newly renovated with high tech gears for the entrance and lights. Staffs are very nice. Will recommend specially once the adjoining cafe is managed by the hotel and probably breakfast included."
