"The hotel is charming, well kept and very clean. The hotel provided the necessary toiletries, shower gel, hand soap, lotions, tissues, towels. The room has an iron board and iron. I love the chairs in the reception area and the floral arrangements on the wall leading to the elevator gives the place a warm and elegant touch. The rest room next to this is kept immaculately. Friendly staff. Walking distance to London Eye. Directly across from here is a pub/ restaurant. Room service for breakfast was prompt, very tasty and I was served a substantial amount. I was also given a gift voucher the first night - 10 euros. "
