They have kiosk machines that make it easy but my friend and I wanted to be on the same floor so we had to wait in the normal line. "Unfortunately they were way under staff lines for the elevator on check in day 30 min wrapped around all the way to the check in desk. 45 min wait on hold for front desk when calling from your room.
