"Stay was ok. Could do with a Fan and a Mini Fridge. Bed was way too soft mattress wise and didn't like the hard wooden bed frame and headboard. Soon was I walked in I bashed my Shin on the bed Grazing it. Had to plug in the TV and Kettle as wasn't plugged in. (Not enough plug sockets. Shower hadn't been cleaned properly still hair in shower from someonelses stay. Heated towel rail didn't turn on. Tv too far away from bed and very small to see could do with being wall mounted nearer to the bed....

"We chose the hotel as it was affordable accommodation in easy reach of Anfield Stadium! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped for our needs! The breakfast was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay again and we would certainly recommend the hotel to friends . The hotel was very good value for money 😀"

"Booked last minute, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. We were given a family room despite having booked a twin, it was huge, 5 beds!! Towels, bedding, sheets etc were crisp and clean. Room was themed which was quite amusing, I'll bet the kids love these rooms. Dinner was also very well received. Icing on the cake was two free pints with our meal. The price for the night was less than £55 which again was great value for money. Overall very impressed, will definitely book...

"Nice stay, the room albeit big, was lacking various facilities like a desk or a mini-fridge. There was also no air conditioning, and with it being very warm outside, this then made the room feel very hot. No fans or other provisions despite the lack of opening windows. A mediocre stay for what is advertised as a 4 star hotel. "
