"The up side is that the property is a lovely, cozy apartment that is equipped with everything that one would need to be comfortably self-sufficient. The down side is that one must be self-suffient. Given the fact that it is located in an average Japanese neighborhood and not close to any hotel zone, there are no eateries in the area and all food has to be brought in from elsewhere and/ or prepared on site. "Very nice property that still retains a bit of the traditional Japanese homes, while bathroom and toilet have been renovated (really new and clean)! The area is close to Kamakura though it might require a car or bus ride (a bit of walk). and it is close to the beach on foot."
