The hotel is recently renovated with great rooms and the entire place looks great!. The area around it is an up and coming work of updating. I have no complaints about the property and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is so conveniently located near the highway! Awesome gem to discover, having had knowledge of this area for years.

Great stay in Chinatown - fabulous restaurants and activites. Clean, safe, great hotel. Parking is $30 in a connected garage with in an out possibilities with a sticker from the front desk (not the hotel's but connected to the hotel) - a great price for Chicago.

Our room (one king bed) had all the amenities one would expect from a more expensive hotel. Feather pillows, refrigerator, coffee in room, hair dryer and iron with ironing board! Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city!
The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations!
I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!!
