I was asked to pay 50 per person for the additional 2 beds 2 days before we go. Charges like this should be included at time of booking not just before your holiday. Especially when the details on the invoice stated all fees had been paid.Also the hot tub cost is confusing to me, with all the extra charges considering its there all the time."

"Every thing was good thanks . But got lock out the hotel .there was contact number for someone to let you in . All you got was number to the main office. Luckily when to the boat inn and the manageress of the boat inn new someone staying that the greyhound hotel that let us in. Just need a direct number for help. Thank you "
