"This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. "Only complaint was the bathroom was not on the same floor as the living and bedroom, it was up a short flight of stairs. Not real convienient ."

"L'hébergement est très bien , mais on nous a refusé la garde de nos bagages dans l'attente de notre avion, c'est inadmissible. Ceci est un service basique , encore plus dans cette catégorie d'hébergement. D'autant plus qu'il y avait la place pour les stocker sans gêner personne. L'hébergeur se doit d'arranger ses clients, surtout pour quelque chose d'aussi simple, et ne pas juste lui indiquer une consigne payante, ce sont des mentalités à fuir. "

"This was our second time staying here at the Ametista suite and we absolutely love the room. The kitchen is well appointed, bathroom is wonderful with extra items you may have not packed, and the whole of the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. The best part though, is the glorious view! We will be back."
