Opera Loft | Large full floor loft on Fifth Avenue

A full floor loft located just west of Union Square in the heart of the Flatiron District on Fifth Avenue, This is a historical landmark located in the epicenter of New York city. The apartment is located behind a gallery. This extremely private apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay in the city. There are air beds, sofas, a sleeper and a fully equipped kitchen.

The space
Opera Loft is perfect for short-term stay, small social events, fashion and media events, art exhibitions, small performances, off-site meetings, brand launches and non-profit events. Wooden floors run throughout the entire space, as well as elegantly detailed moldings, exposed brick and recessed lighting. Quiet and private, the Gallery + Great Room total 3000 square feet. The Gallery connects via doorway to a Great Room reminiscent of the unexpected secret hideaways in old Speakeasies. This second, larger space contains a small, raised platform stage, steps leading to a mezzanine with balcony and a full kitchen.

Guest access
This space is located on Fifth avenue around all subway lines and bus stops. Supermarkets such as Eataly and Whole Foods, Parks like Union Square and Madison Square are a few blocks away. There are great restaurants all over the area. Tons of shopping.

Other things to note
No raging parties. Please be polite to your neighbors and respect their privacy.
All trash needs to be place in trash bags and sealed before departure.
Air mattresses and floor mattresses, pillows, linens and blanket are stored and can be used as needed. The Air mattresses have a hassle free electric pump for instant inflation and deflation and can be used by guests and place accordingly anywhere in the area. There is one pillow per guest and a light blanket.
