"We liked the resort. We liked that we didn’t have to make reservations for the restaurants, which was helpful. One thing that the building we stayed in didn’t have was an elevator. That was hard for us especially when we travel with a child in a stroller. We weren’t aware of it until we got to the room. The hotel uses good cleaning supplies which I haven’t seen in other resorts that I’ve been to."

"Our stay at Riu Palace Kukulkan was absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We loved everything about this resort and don't regret a single cent spent here! The culinary experience was a major highlight. All the themed restaurants were fantastic, especially the Steakhouse and the Asian food, but the seafood at the Main Buffet was exceptionally good-truly a standout! The staff members were adorable and worked so hard to make our stay feel unique and special. The entire property is pristine; our room was spotless, and all the swimming pools were incredibly clean. We had a flawless experience with zero complaints. I will definitely be visiting again. If you're looking for a high-quality stay in Cancun where you get exactly what you pay for, this is the place!"

"Another unforgettable stay at the Royal Sands! We’ve been coming here every year for the past 7 years and every single time the experience just keeps getting better. This place truly feels like a second home to us because of the amazing people who work here and the energy they bring every day. Huge thank you to Eduardo at the main lobby for taking such good care of us during check-in. We arrived super early after a red-eye flight and he went above and beyond to help us get settled in early. Our room was beautiful, the view was amazing, and everything was perfect from the start. To our poolside crew Angel, Pedro, Mario, the best bartenders and Damian, Tomas, Daniel, and Enrique, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Seriously, thank you for making our days so fun, welcoming, and memorable. From the drinks, the laughs, the conversations, and just the overall vibes, you all made us feel so appreciated and taken care of every single day. We truly looked forward to seeing you all at the poolside every day. Also, thank you to Olivia and Ysela from laundry services for always being so sweet, helpful, and kind. Every interaction we had with the staff here was positive and genuine. You can tell everyone at this resort works extremely hard and it absolutely does not go unnoticed. "Fantastic experience staying at Secrets the Vine This was our second stay in a 12 month span and we came back for a reason! Great drinks, the pools are set at a great temp, and we had no issues getting chairs any day. Definitely will be back."

"The property is beautiful and right on the beach! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The resort could use a little maintenance in some areas (rooms, restaurants, hallways, etc) to make it look better and not run down. The resort does advertise a swim up bar, but it was not at the pool so I’m not sure if they still have this option."

"Our group had 12 people total, and from the moment we arrived, Omar at reception made it very clear that if there were any issues at all, we should message them right away so they could fix them. This was extremely helpful because the resort app isn’t the best, so being able to communicate through WhatsApp made everything much easier. They truly meant it too — whenever something wasn’t quite right, staff handled it immediately. We absolutely loved the Mayan events! We attended the sunset energy ritual, the cacao ceremony and the pre-Hispanic show. The individuals that preformed were so talented and we were so thankful that they took the time to explain the meaning behind all of the steps. The staff throughout the entire resort were absolutely incredible. Someone was always offering to help, even if you simply looked a little lost. The rooms were beautiful, with no musty smells or excess moisture. We didn’t even need Damp Rid like we’ve had to use at other resorts. Every bathroom throughout the resort was SPOTLESS and smelled so clean. There was constantly someone cleaning and maintaining everything. The customer service at this hotel was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. These staff members truly made a huge impact on our vacation: Jesus, Giovanni, and Marurico from the entertainment team were awesome. Jesus was especially incredible with our kids.
