The staff was primarily excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I haven't traveled for a while, so it was weird not having a phone in the room and no info on the hotel in the room such as a room service menu, etc. I'm guessing that's the norm now. The restaurants on-site were fantastic! Every dish we had in FiNO was delicious... so much so that we never went out to a restaurant for dinner. We just kept trying different dishes like the charred cabbage, vodka...

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a King suite before and after my ski trip. The room was big and warm. My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter trip. This is my "go to" hotel each time I visit her because of the close proximity to restaurants and local stores to stock up on food and necessities. It is an hour away from our favorite ski resort, Keystone. I will be back!
