Very much liked the room and the staff were courteous and helpful

The hotel is well managed and maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were great. Room was also excellent. The surrounding area currently has construction work, but that will no doubt end soon. There are limited dining options in the area and no shopping options. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was perfect, hotel undergoing a refurbishment but no noise or inconvenience. Staff v friendly. Great bfast

Great stay

This hotel was a perfect find. We wanted to stay near, but not in, Southampton for a cruise the next day. and we happened upon this gem. It is in the heart of a very quaint, clean little village, perfect for relaxing after flying over from the US. The staff was exceptional

Our first time in Southampton will be a memorable one because of the staff at Harbour Hotel Southampton. They were so pleasant & accommodating to their ability which made our stay memorable. The beds are so comfortable we had no problem taking naps! Definitely will stay here again in the near future. Food & cleanliness top notch & the location is breathtaking.

Everyone there was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Flawless stay. Excellent service, clean, bright, and efficient rooms, and a lovely location. Would stay here anytime.

This Was a very nice place to stay the night before our cruise. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We booked this hotel for a two night stay - pre cruise. We are still in awe of our stay here at The White Star Tavern Hotel. From the moment we walked through the door right through to when we left for our cruise 2 days later the staff, Bridgit, Emma, Becca, Mina, Jack, Mack, Kyle, everyone was just amazing, friendly, professional, fun, helpful....The Best!! The Pub restaurant is just amazing. Best hot breakfast menu along with superb food for dinner & lunch. Bartenders, Jack & Mack make the...

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Chilworth Manor while visiting Stonehenge, Avebury Stones, and Salisbury Cathedral. The property was once a manor and has evolved into a comfortable, well-maintained hotel, with substantial grounds and walking trails. The trails could use better upkeep. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel; the food and service were perfectly fine. Our only real drawback was that our third-floor room was accessible only by stairs, with no lift. An employee kindly...

Great place, room was big, staff nice. Feel like in America.

The staff was extremely and helpful.

Great hospitality. A clean and pleasant place. Good breakfast. Although we arrived late at night due to airport issues, the host waited for us and welcomed us warmly. On the day we left, we had a few hours before boarding our cruise he stored our luggage and recommended places to visit.

Recently renovated, every aspect of the property and design choices are exceptional. The dinner menu creations were inventive and delicious. However, our room No. 36 was without WiFi. (“Hotel WiFi not connected to internet.”) And you cannot adjust the room temperature using the thermostat. A+ regardless.
