"A lovely place to stay! It was extremely comfortable, and the location was great. They even gifted us chocolates in our room upon arrival. I would recommend to stay there on a Saturday, so you can shop in the market for breakfast. Hotel breakfast is available, but I would pass on it, the strawberries I had from the market were the best I've ever eaten. If you drive, there are very clear instructions for how to arrive, as the road turns into pedestrian only. The rooms were very comfortable, and we loved the view from our balcony of the river and old city. Such a charming place with a very friendly staff!"

"It was a lovely property to stay at. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities/toiletries. The view from my room was gorgeous as it looked out into Old Town. The one factor I didn't really like was that the cleaning team starts very early in the day (around maybe 8am) and the noise would echo through the hall to my room. I wanted to catch up on some sleep but wasn't able to due to the noise. The hotel location was very convenient. I would still want to come back to stay at this hotel the next time i visit Lucerne."
