In all our travels we rarely come across a place which delivers on what we want most. Exceptional hospitality, quality of the room and common area, knowledgeable and courteous staff who has already anticipated the needs of a discriminating traveler.

We absolutely loved Aretusa Vacanze! The room was very cozy and spacious. The owners were there every morning preparing breakfast, and the rest of the family helped manage the B&B beautifully. We especially appreciated Stefano’s dinner recommendations.

Everything was outstanding, actually we have extended our stay one extra night because of that!!!

This was a great place to stay. The location is terrific. In a really nice part of the island with lots to see and do. The staff was extremely helpful. The building has ultra security. If you are driving your car it is difficult to find as the street names are non existent but once you get there it is very comfortable.

Super nice staff. Excellent location, delicious breakfast. No complaints at all. I recommend a lot to anybody.

It’s a beautiful property. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Siracusa/Ortigia. It has 2 large pools. The Restaurant at the resort is top notch and the included breakfast is the best in Sicily- absolutely incredible. The staff and owner are very nice and were very accommodating.

Friendly staff, beautiful property and the best hotel breakfast we have had so far. We had an issue and it was resolved quickly. Definitely recommend. Location is a bit difficult to find, but we'll worth it.

Is this one of the best hotels in the world?15 minutes from Siracusa, in a wonderful position facing the bay the hotel is in a beautiful carefully planned garden.The 90 rooms are spread in the garden, each a building with just ground floor. The hotel is located close to some of the major attractions...the archeological museum and the Greek theater are not far away. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. There is an excellent cable service that includes CNN and the BBC. The breakfasts are superb. The management is friendly and attentive. The hotel has a certain classic charm. I have stayed here many times and am happy to recommend this hotel.

One of the most confortable rooms we have stayed in this trip. Excellent location, large room, very confortable bed, good AC within walking distance of the old town and the histroic sites, ect.

When we arrived we needed to change the room and they were very helpful with 2 options. We got the one facing the ocean. Breakfast was very good. I had to wash my car and one of the helpers at the reception drove with her motorcycle in front of me until we got the place. We used the gym and was very good. Wonderful Mothers Day Dinner,overlooking the Med.Service was very good and 6 course fish dinner was EX.

Location was very quiet, and the restoration done on the old Sicilian farmhouse was excellent. The room was very comfortable, though the bed was hard as a rock (as is typical). The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The air-conditioning worked quickly and efficiently. The owner’s dog was sweet, gentle, and well behaved. Our dogs loved the place (and owner’s dog).
