"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff as well. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Lovely tea and snacks included as well. We used the Osen, gym nearby (extra change), hand the traditional dinner and breakfast in our room and toured around Tokyo. The hotel is located in the financial district which was a little too quiet on the weekends and none of the underground restaurants were open. Other than that, our experience was perfect. Would definitely recommend. "

"Very good hotel. Stayed 6 nights. Very quiet room. Short walk across the street to visit the Imperial Palace Gardens. Entrance to the metro is right next to hotel. My room had a fabulous view. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
