"The hotel was super as usual. The menu in the restaurant however was limited. I would have liked to see a cold option in this heat wave. I did have to phone down to reception at 01:30 due to a party going on in a room next door. It was however dealt with swiftly and this was outwith the hotels control. Room was clean, good selection of tea's in the room with nice biscuits and hot chocolate too. Staff were professional and helpful."

"For us this was the perfect place to explore family heritage in a beautiful area of Scotland. We enjoyed hiking on or near the property. "This property is beautifully maintained, with a lovely staff. We stayed in the 2 bedroom stables and it was perfect for our family. Having the grassy backyard was also a nice feature. The walking trails and horses were also fun."
