"What’s not to like!! The hosts, Jane and Calum, are friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with family. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We were within easy walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The breakfast menu gave options to please any palate. The porridge was creamy and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay!!"
"The Cairn Lodge is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful historic architecture in wooded setting, well maintained, accent lighting, beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated. We loved dinner and breakfast in the atrium. Food and service were impeccable. Relaxing bar area, easy parking. Easy in and out. Rooms were also beautiful. Comfortable. Richard gave us a warm greeting and service along with all waitstaff. Highly recommended. Great value! "

"A truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Plus being only a 5-minute walk to the center of Pitlochery, and a quick 5-minute drive to Blair Athol distillery, was a plus. A real value for money. "
"Great location - very walkable to the sites/shopping/restaurants in Pitlochry. Our room was really nice (decor and quiet) and exceeded our needs. The first hotel in Scotland where our shower water temperature stayed consistent, AND there were 2 luggage racks for our use. The front desk attendant was very professional and personable.
We highly recommend this hotel and wish the owners much success. "
