We were beyond happy with this hotel choice for our extended vacation, 4 weeks. The owners, Hilda and Simon, were onsite and were, with the staff, extremely helpful and accommodating during our whole stay. It was very clean and the beds comfortable.
We were able to walk to the beaches and many local, quaint restaurants and shops. Brasilito is a sleepy little town that is quiet. Although the hotel is on a street, there is a courtyard surrounded by tropical foliage that is very private. We enjoyed...

We chose the W for our Honeymoon and from the moment we arrived at the W, the staff was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The particular staff members who went above and beyond for us were Glenda, Fabian, Andres, and Gerardo.
We ate mostly at the Cocina Mercado on-site and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with traditional Costa Rican breakfast alongside homemade pastries with different specials every day. For a special night out, we ate at Latitude and enjoyed...

Wonderful all inclusive resort with friendly and attentive staff who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience! Food superior to other all-inclusives we have visited, and dining options included for gluten and dairy free. Great housekeeping, excellent and timely bar service at the pool, had to get room service one night while managing a canceled flight and food was great then too. Very service oriented and nearly all staff wore masks appropriately and were seen to be cleaning common areas....

It is a wonderful little hotel, nice restaurant and bar on site, nice pool and walking distance to playa conchal, if you can, get the ocean front room, beautiful view, private and you can hear the waves crashing all night.

Aesthetically pleasing in ALL ways! Check-in was the easiest, and the room felt very welcoming. Everything went smooth with helping us feel accommodated. Perfect place for a great nights sleep. Beach was close enough to the location for a walk to. Ample amounts of restaurants near by to choose from. The staff was beyond friendly and easy to understand on either side of our language barriers.
The restaurant on site is amazing! Having this on-site was a mega PLUS! Their chef is a true boss and...

We loved Margaritaville Costa Rica! It is right on the Playa de Flamingo which is a wonderful beach. The staff, the food, the drinks, the location & the sunsets where fabulous.
We would only ask that who ever is in charge of the "pool music," please include some Jimmy Buffett songs. We where there for over two weeks and did not hear one Jimmy Buffett song over the stereo. (Fortunately, we brought our own music and small boom box.)
We would definitely go back... hopefully soon.

We loved the small 2-bedroom apartment we booked for 3 weeks in July. For 2 kids and one adult it was perfect in size. It got a bit messy when we were 4 people. However, you are usually out and about and everything is close by on foot...
Biggest plus: you are at the beach in 3 minutes!
The pool is cleaned daily and really well taken care off.
Our apartment was right by the pool and the kids loved to dip into it daily, and I could see them from the apartment and veranda.

When we arrived, the manager was called to tell us that unfortunately the hotel had been overbooked and our room had been given away. Needless to say, we were NOT HAPPY - especially because we had booked many months previous. Maik, the manager apologized profusely and told us that he had secured an oceanfront condo just a few hundred meters away for us.
We were still dubious and quite upset, but allowed him to show us the condo. It was truly oceanfront and absolutely first-class. Maik assured...

10/10!!! The hotel is great but the service by management is 12/10 off the charts! I can promise we will be back and this is one of the rare properties that I will give lots of recommendations for. Thanks!!

Loved everything about the property. Only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, but it is also quiet and feels secluded which was really nice. Zoe, Steve, Martha (owners) were very personable and helpful, they helped us get acquainted and settled in and made it feel like home. The room was cleaned nicely every day. The breakfast was great, and every morning there were different options. Last but not least, Bingo the cutest little puppy would run up and greet us every now and again, wagging that little...

This hotel is on the beach, has amazing grounds, and a chef who worked with my crazy dietary restrictions. There were two other guests who also had food intolerances/allergies, and both were easily accommodated. The breakfast buffet had many fabulous choices. The staff encourages you to order anything else you don't see ...Bacon, fried eggs, omelettes. We drank the 'house water' (from the filtered tap at the bar) the entire time and didn't get sick. We absolutely loved this hotel from check in to check out and everything in between. It was close to the action, but far enough to where you didn't have to deal with noise. The back gate to the "alleyway" directly to central road was absolutely perfect so you didn't have to walk down the rocky dirt road near the front entrance. The front desk was always friendly and readily available for any requests we may have had. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast here is...
