From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, specially Alessia (front desk) and Saadia (restaurant). Alessia was super nice and provided the best in class customer service. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our day. This hotel is a great experience, and we highly recommend it. The only thing we did not like was that the AC is centralized controlled and it felt warm inside the room without the option to adjust the AC to the desirable temperature. "
