"Relaxed trip, visiting local seaside, Siracusa, Noto, and Ragusa. Villa location to key sites: about 20 mins drive to Siracusa, 30 mins to Noto and one hour and 20 mins to Ragusa. Also great scenic nature reserve about 30 minutes drive. Need to drive to the local sandy beach (about 5 to 10 mins to relatively quick)."

Bei Ankunft ging kein warmes Wasser und auch das Gas in der Küche funktionierte nicht, was auf einen Defekt im Heizungssystem zurück zu führen war. Wir hatten Fisch gekauft und mussten dann Pizza bestellen. Der Vermieter kam und wir hatten warmes Wasser durch eine Notreparatur in einem Bad gegen 22.00 Uhr. "Really enjoyed this house with a breathtaking terrace and poolside view. Housekeeper Valerio and the team were extremely helpful. House is small though and there are no proper doors between the master bedroom/kitchenette/bathroom. Second bedroom is separate next door. So needs to work for the group travelling. Otherwise all brandnew equipment (including aircon, dishwasher, stove, bbq) and lovely garden setting. 10min drive to Noto / Avola is very convenient. Can absolutely recommend!"

"We wanted somewhere to stay that felt like Italy . The property was just that , the pictures don’t do the property justice has a very authentic Italian feel to it , and the gist was more than accommodating on so many things . This house is really worth a visit ."
