"The resort itself was very nice, however, it definitely was not my best stay or experience. We felt a little lost when we arrived by Uber. There was a Margaritaville hotel attached to my surprise and they had their own concierge. The concierge could not make tee time appointment, or caberet. You have to use an app. Reservations for restaurants are also done online or through the TV portal in your room. There is no entertainment unless you pay for tickets to a caberet show on the weekend. There was also a magic show that you had to purchase tickets for. They provide espresso kcup in the room (not keurig compatible) however there is no cream or milk or sugar packets. The pool was nice. Returning towels was easy! Drinks at the bar are $17++. I thought i was in NYC. I really enjoyed their national beer, Medalla. There is also no happy hour even though the outdoor bar is called, it's 5 o'clock somewhere which is usually happy hour! Iguanas restaurant has a shuttle and the food was mediocre and expensive. I was expecting more. We also went to their Italian restaurant which was very good but we waited an hour for our food. We complained and they comped the dessert. The beach was ok. Aruba and Bermuda are much more beautiful. We did not want to rent a car, but if you don't mind driving around, you may want to do that. We may do that next time so we can go to a supermarket and get essentials and visit more restaurants."

"I had another amazing stay at Embassy Suites in Carolina, Puerto Rico! I first stayed here last year for my birthday and loved it so much that I came back again this year. This was my third stay, and once again, everything was wonderful! The hotel is always clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the valet and doormen to the front desk and housekeeping, everyone makes you feel well taken care of. This year my daughter came with me for the first time, and she absolutely loved it! She enjoyed the pool, complimentary breakfast, beautiful atmosphere, and overall experience. She was already telling me she wants to come back again! I especially loved the Sunday pool atmosphere. The DJ was phenomenal! Enjoying the music, drinks, food, and beautiful weather by the pool was so much fun, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect vibe. A special shout-out to Caesar at the bar in Copita Casino. I met him last year, and when he saw me this year, he immediately remembered me and even remembered my tattoo! That personal touch meant so much. I have no complaints. I will definitely be back. Embassy Suites has truly become my home away from home in Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷❤️"
