"The staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay at the Baileys. The location is great. The rooms were a bit cold, could use an extra blanket. Also the curtains weren't great to cover the window and we like it really dark in the room."

"Very convenient location situated in a beautiful section of Paddington. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early after a long overnight flight. My only recommendation would be that they include more breakfast options and serve it in a buffet or serve yourself style. we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here again when back in the London area."

"This hotel is a great location near the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery. West End theatres walking distance. Near tube and train. The Library area for guests is excellent, with work stations, comfortable chairs and tables. We would sometimes bring in take out food and eat it here. We did not try the breakfast. There were many options near by including Pret. "
